To best accommodate their clientele and grow their existing business, they are now looking for a devoted Sales Management Consultant to cover the Territory of British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Managing Directors in receiving the required support and training to establish their business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Business Development to take over integration and start up of new locations
- liaise with the Start-up Committee to ensure that the new Managing Director is provided with all knowledge, tools and resources required to start a new office
- Resolve issues and concerns with the Managing Director concerning the establishment of new offices
- Work in conjunction with the Skills Development & Talent Acquisition team to ensure Managing Director is trained in programs related to business operations and their management, people management and recruiting
- Work with Managing Director's on identifying, selecting and developing potential business successors for their centre
- coach and mentor selected personnel
- Analyze and identify issues related to non-producing centers and find training solutions to bring them back on target.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 to 10 years experience in sales and/or marketing insurance products
- Experience managing sales and service staff is an asset
- Must possess an excellent reputation within the financial services marketplace and track record of achievements
- Facilitation and coaching skills, diplomacy and tact
- Bilingual, French and English, oral and written, is an asset
