Sheena Upton, who has earned the nasty nickname ?Botox Mom,? now claims that she cooked up a lie about injecting her 8-year-old?s face with the anti-wrinkle treatment?all to make a few bucks. It wasn?t until after child welfare officials temporarily removed her daughter from her custody that she finally came clean. Now everyone from Good Morning America to the UCLA Medical Center want answers. In a desperate attempt to regain custody of her daughter, Upton released a sworn statement claiming that The Sun planted the entire idea in her head. She says she was told to play ?the role of Kerry Campbell,? which would include the Botox claim ? all for a meager $200. Once GMA caught wind of the story, they decided to invite her on the show. After that, Inside Edition followed suit, and Ms. Upton was roughly $10,000 richer. Now she not only denies giving her daughter the shots, but also says that she was never a beauty pageant contestant. Upton also says that doctors found no evidence that Botox had ever been used on her daughter.
