So you?ve decided that VoIP business solutions can benefit your organization? Good move? now before you start negotiating with your vendor, here are 12 things you?ll want to know about your organization beforehand.

1. The number of employees that you have that will require phone service
2. The number of locations that will require the VoIP service
3. Your current broadband or Internet connection details, including bandwidth, lines, type as well as the name and information of your current business Internet solutions vendor
4. The number of remote or virtual employees that will not be working from an office location
5. Current network load and available unused bandwidth. Your VoIP business solutions vendor will likely perform a test and if there?s not enough bandwidth for the service, you may require and upgrade

7. Your existing phone system details, including name, number of connections and lines
