Young Breast Cancer Survivors Exhale at New York City Treasured ...

Following the huge announcement of our partnership with Young Survival Coalition with the KAB/YSC Treasured Chest Program we thought it would be fitting to have a Treasured Chest Casting Event in New York City. Exhale Spa graciously opened up their Midtown doors to our chatty group of young breast cancer survivors! Sipping on Emergen-C mocktails, the gals mingled and received such pampering delights as luxurious organic lavender scrub exfoliation for their tootsies with a moisturizing ginger mask and hot towel wrap and their hands massaged with ginger-infused lotion and polished with a rainbow of organic (of course) polishes.

We had an amazing evening of pampering at Exhale Spa!? It was relaxing and nurturing, and I was able to sleep for 11 hours last night. Just feeling great now and loving my super shiny manicure and pedicure! ~ Sarah

I love the individuality of each Treasured Chest event. We always encourage the hostessing spa or salon to incorporate their area?s of expertise. Since Exhale mind body spa is truly an urban spa oasis merging mind and body that support overall well being, we decided to start the event with a group meditation. Guided meditation is a fast way to flip on the parasympathetic nervous system ? which promotes cell regeneration, healing, relaxation, and rejuvenation. ?Each of the ladies were instantly transformed from the hustle and bustle of the busy New York City streets to the oasis of healing and self-care.
